The day your order starts is the day the
order is placed for orders made before 12:00 midday. Orders placed
after midday or during weekends and public holidays will not be
start until the next working day.
1. Orders that contain Clamps Only
are usually dispatched the same day for next day
delivery
2. Orders that contain Clamps &
less than 10
tubes are usually dispatched the same day for
next day delivery
3. Orders that contain tube that
requires cutting take longer to dispatch, this depends on the
current workload of the cutting department.

4. Orders that contain Clamps &
10 or more tubes are sent out on a pallet service or trucking
service. The length of time for these services depend on
the number of orders going to your area. If you are in a major
city it is more likely that a truck will be going your way in the
next few days.
On the day your order is dispatched you
will receive a delivery and tracking email. Your order should
arrive the next day for services 1,2 & 3 and within a few days for
service 4.

The longest your order should take is 7
working days from the day the order is placed. If your delivery is likely to take
longer than 7 working days we will endeavour to contact you to let
you know why.
Whilst we make every effort to stick as
closely as we can to the delivery times stated above, we cannot be
held responsible for costs incurred as a result of late delivery.
If your order includes delivery method
1, 2 or 3 then your items will be sent via City Link who, if you are
not on site to received the order, will attempt delivery on two
separate occasions, leaving a contact card each time. After the
second attempt, the goods will be stored at their local depot for
your collection. A third delivery attempt can be arranged but an
extra charge maybe given by city link.
If your order includes method 4, your
order will be delivered by a dedicated truck directly to site. If
there is no one to receive the order then the truck will return to
the warehouse and a charge will be given for any further delivery attempts. |
