Returns Policy

We will refund unused products subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned within 30 days of the original order being dispatched, provided that the products are returned in their original unused condition.  Items that are returned are done so at the customers own risk and cost.  Any refund for any returned items will be less their original delivery cost.

This returns policy excludes any custom items and items that have been used, powder coated, painted or cut, this includes items that have been powder coated, painted or cut by Alvin Key Clamps to fulfill any original order.

Before returning any items please contact the sales team for a RAN (returns authorisation number) which must be clearly marked on any returns.  (Contact details can be found below).
